Living in FEAR vs. Living in Awareness

We can be aware of the dark in this world rising to the surface… the propaganda, the manipulation, the corruption, the lies, the deception… and still stay connected to our centres.

I believe it is important for us to not DWELL in the dark/occult, to not let fear/anger/rage run the show. When these emotions rise up, let’s not stuff them down and ignore it, let’s instead, acknowledge it, feel it, give it a voice… then practice releasing it. There are so many different tools, workshops, support groups, practices & techniques that are available to assist in this process of alchemy. Facing our shadows (individual and collective) is part of the healing journey, it is part of awakening.

I have had my share of moments this year, diving deeper and deeper into rabbit holes and catching myself being fearful and anxious. These moments remind me so clearly how powerful our minds are.

Our body doesn’t know the difference between what is happening in the external world and what is created by thought alone. The body experiences both the same way.

There is a difference between living in FEAR and living in awareness. Living in fear perpetuates re-action, inhibiting us from taking conscious action… reacting rather than responding. The frequency we are choosing (consciously or unconsciously) to live in, in every now moment, is what creates the next moment, and the next moment, and the next, and so fourth… we are creating our realities moment by moment. We are co-creating this reality TOGETHER. The more we live in FEAR and worry, the more we are contributing to our enslavement.

When we start to awaken and engage with reality consciously, it effects EVERYTHING – we begin to shift timelines.

My practice is to continue to be in a state of awareness of everything that is happening in my life, internally and externally, with an open mind & heart, and take conscious action to implement the reality I wish to manifest, both individually and collectively. Some days/moments are easier than others… some days I need to reach out to trusted peers for support. The process of awakening (individually & collectively) is not a smooth ride and it isn’t something that happens overnight.

My wish is that we remember to be gentle with ourselves and with eachother, REGARDLESS of difference in opinions etc. May we continue to be brave and courageous enough to seek Truth, stay open, feel our feelings, let go of density and whatever is no longer of service to us and to continue to focus on what we DO want to create. Where you place your attention is where you place your energy. Use your imagination. It can be your best ally – we are so much more powerful than we’ve been shown.

Just wanted to share my thoughts here. As always, take what resonates, and leave behind what doesn’t.

In Love,

Melissa
