A Potent Note On Boundaries

If you want to practice having boundaries in the world, in your relationships, with your friends, with family… then we MUST also look at the boundaries within ourselves.

If you have voices inside of you (we all do) that make you feel like shit or less than who you really are, then you have to say no to that voice.

This is the journey of becoming truthful with yourself. You must exercise stronger boundaries within to discern what voices and stories you allow in to direct your movie.

Where are your internal boundaries lacking? Where do you override your sensitivity, hold back from your dreams, lack in a strong mindset, spend too much time on social media, choose not to exercise, eat food that you know makes you feel like crap, allow other people to determine how you feel, bypass your intuition, shame your sexuality and the list goes on...

This is where you can begin to make new choices that are in greater alignment with who you really are.

For the next 24 hours, I invite you to pay watchful attention to all of your thoughts and how they effect your energy, your mood, your behaviour, your perception and how you move throughout your day.

Becoming aware of our internal world and all the ways to navigate it is critical. Because, afterall, our internal world is a direct reflection of our external world.

This is a journey... and a journey + practice I am fascinated with.

We are more powerful than we were ever taught or shown to be. Remember who you are.
