Fearlessness that comes from Higher KNOWING

There are times when we need to be ferocious, FIRM and Fearless.

Did you know that the number one quality of a soul aligned person according to the Baghavad Gita is FEARLESNESS.

This why we practice yoga, a complete practice… meaning asana, pranayama, kriyas and ultimately Meditation. Meditation opens up a direct line between you and Source.

As we touch that part of ourselves more and more, that eternal Self that is beyond all damage & Sorrow… the result is surrender… where our fears stop being aggressive…. Where we are not attached to results or other peoples opinions.

This doesn’t mean we stop speaking firmly. It means that we are not operating from egoic or emotional reactions. Our firmness and fearlessness come from a higher place of knowing what needs to be done in that moment. True Loving comes from that place.

There are moments where we need to be ferocious, like Chamunda or Durga. This comes from Source, a higher love. There is a fire that comes from being fully aligned to your Truth. Love and fearlessness come from the same place.

True spirituality is not what these people who are running the show want us to be involved with. If we become fearless, if we become connected to our power… they are finished.

This is what is happening, people are realizing that they have a lot more power than they thought… and this is what is going to change the world.

A lot of the new age concepts such as “Be here now, let it flow, just be love”… are designed to keep you passive. Now, these principles are important, yes be love, yes be present… AND, take action… if you’re reading this, you’re probably not a renounced yogi meditating in the caves… it is a dance between taking action and letting things flow… I am still dancing this dance… And I think for as long as we are in this physical world (unless you’re a true Sage), we have to honour both our human aspect and our spiritual aspect… the transcendent part of us and the FINITE part of us. We have to be a warrior AND a lover.

Through practice, because you are so aligned with SOURCE, you have to know when to pick up a sword and be willing to slay (metaphorically of course), and when to drop it and give hugs. There will be a time and place for both.

In this new age spiritual movement, we are encouraged to say NO to what doesn’t feel right, but then we get ostracized by the spiritual community saying “that’s not spiritual.”

If you look at the spiritual master yogis.. they are some of the most fearless warriors. They weren’t at “war” all of the time… but when DHARMA is compromised, they don’t flinch… they stand up.

Millions of people standing up and saying “WE’RE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT” is spirituality in action.

If you feel the urge to say something, about whatever it is, to stand up for what feels aligned for you… don’t ignore it… Speak your truth. Even if your voice shakes… even if you feel the fear… listen to that soul aligned call and know that you are following your purpose.
